If you are in need of a quick workout involving equipment you can find in your home right now, I’ve got the workout for you. It’s known as “The 7-Minute Workout”. There’s been research performed, articles written, and apps designed, all for this HIIT calisthenics workout with an array of exercises that will effectively jack up your heart, break a sweat, and create a more fit body. The premise is simple:
-Rotate through 12 Exercises
-30 Seconds of Work
-10 Seconds of Rest
If you are short on time or just beginning your journey into exercise, one round of this circuit could be enough. If you are more experienced or have more time, shoot for 2-3 rounds of this. The exercises are pictured below
