For the ultimate success, you must focus. You must know your ONE thing that will take you to the top level in your chosen field. With success in many environments the more specific you can be the better. Finding your niche and putting 110% of your energy into learning, developing, and mastering it will lead to glory.
In fitness, a laser-like focus towards one type of exercise will lead to injury.
Our bodies are designed to move in a variety of angles, speeds, and directions. We are meant to be versatile beings with the ability push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge, and move our bodies from Point A to Point B however necessary.
We should have the options to reach a deep squat, crawl on the floor, climb a tree, or lift objects from the floor to overhead if our environment demands it.
We need strength, mobility, and endurance to live optimally.
If you only develop one area of your fitness you will fall into the dangers of oeruse or poor performance.
Without mobility we can not move our body through the positions life needs at times. We become stiff and tight, more likely to tweak or pull a muscle.
Without strength we have no support for our joints and lack the ability to manipulate resistance such as objects or our own body when called needed.
Without endurance we will fatigue too easy and our heart will be weak.
We all have our favorites modes of exercise, but for your own health and wellness, never neglect an area.
We are Amber and Jordan Kirbey. We are excited to share our experiences and ideas with you!
