We are physical beings. We are meant to move, touch, and feel. When we miss out on that aspect of life there is an instinct left unfulfilled.
Our bodies were designed to lift, carry, climb, and get from Point A to Point B any way necessary. Without going through these functions we are not healthy. We are not ourselves. Our strength, mobility, and health suffer. The decline might start slow but it will dramatically increase with age if you choose the path of a sedentary lifestyle.
Fulfill the physicality you possess through movement, training, or martial arts. Free yourself or be trapped in a shell of a body. Feel the restraints tighten around you as each year passes.

5 Minutes of Walking, Jogging, Skipping
Crawl 5 Sets of 10 yards
1. Deadlift Variation 4 Sets of 3 Reps
2. Pull-Ups (Or Inverted Rows) 4 Sets of 8 Reps
Farmer Walks 3 Sets of 50-100 yards
Bike or Hill Sprints 5 Sets of 6-12 Seconds
