One of the great benefits of exercise is the ability to combine the body and mind. Through your practice, whatever that entails, you learn about yourself. You become closer to who you are, what you are capable of, and the self-limiting beliefs you must break through to thrive.
Whether it be intensity through effort of your physical body, or the intensity of your mental focus and determination, your intensity welds your body and mind into one. You dig deeper and you reach farther than you ever thought possible. You expand your horizons, you push your boundaries to become stronger, both physically and mentally.
As your fitness rises your health, your energy, and your life can all improve exponentially. Your mental toughness and your physical durability all plays an integral park in mastering your potential. Each time you step out of your comfort zone you take a step forward in becoming the person you have the ability to be.
Once again, the means in which you pursue fitness, be it running, yoga, strength training, or something completely different, does not matter. What matters is your effort, your consistency, and your determination to continue to improve. Explore how far you can go.
