Can the cold be uncomfortable? Absolutely.

Discomfort tends to help us grow and become better individuals.
Cold exposure is no different. If you are willing to push through a few seconds or minutes of discomfort, you can com out the other side a better person.
Try finishing your showers with 30 seconds of cold water, ice baths, stepping out into the winter weather uncovered briefly, or trying cryotherapy. The experience will leave you mentally and physically changed.
