Many people are successful with their nutrition by eating the same thing either day-to-day or week-to-week. This not only makes shopping a breeze, but it also allows someone to easily adjust their calories if they need need to manage their weight better.
Regular exercisers tend to exercise on the same days or times each passing week. That might be before work, on their lunch break, or after work, but they find a time that works for their routine and stick to it.
Setting your bank account up to make automatic deposits into your savings or investments helps ensure the money goes where it's suppose to. Having your bills on auto pay is also a great strategy to prevent late fees. From there be create a budget for "fun" money, travel, groceries, etc. and be disciplined in sticking to it.
