At one point or another most of us have fantasized about being stronger, faster, and overall more physically powerful.
These physical traits would allow us protect ourselves and families better. They would allow us to manage physical tasks with more ease. There are no downsides of being stronger.
Below is a workout that one could utilize 1-2 times a week to improve their physical stature to become one step closer to being a stronger, faster, and more powerful individual.
